"Frog Wheelie," "no hands circles", "switchback donut", "high chair stoppie" and "touch ground wheelie circle" are not only plenty of exotic names, but absolutely exotic motorcycle tricks, for that the riders require total body and motorcycle control. Stunt riding is a competition that is defined by linking spectacular tricks.
From the 16th to 18th of Septmeber 2011 the top Stunters of Europe will meet for the third time. To get all important information have a look at the videos on our You Tube channel, the photos and especially the comments of the riders on their profiles. Come and visit the "German Open" at the "Hockenheimring" in 2011.
At that weekend the "Hockenheimring" will only be about motorcycle sport. Next to the "German Open" the International German Motorcycle Championship (IDM) will be held in 2011.
Starting with a free practice on Friday, continuing with the highlight on Saturday evening and ending with the "revenge of the winners" on Sunday at the start & finish line of the Hockenheimring, we hope that the "German Open 2011" will be a spectacular event for all motorcycle fans.
The Friday practice takes place in the area behind the Mercedes grandstand.
In the qualifyings the riders only have three and a half minutes to convince the jury and fascinate the visitors. Here every stunter will give 100% and show every crazy trick he can offer.
On Saturday evening, the ten best stunt riders meet for the first final at the start & finish line of the Hockenheimring. The top six in this contest will qualify for the second final on Sunday afternoon.
Positions 11 to 30 will be battled on Sunday at 8:30 in the stunt riding area.
The finals are particularly exciting. In the final competition for placings and trophies all stunters take full risk and show their most difficult tricks in a breathtaking speed.
New in the "German Open 2011" is the German championship competition. The best ten German riders of the qualifyings will compete in a national, final battle for placings.
